What is UHPC ?

Ultra-High Performance Concrete is the last technical concrete generation. Its composition includes fine aggregates, reinforcing fibers and chemical additives. This special mix design, and a low water/cement ratio, confers to UHPC a high density crystal lattice. UHPC shows amazing physical properties that exceed those of standard concretes: high compressive strength, pouring fluidity, impermeability, impressive tensile and flexural resistance.

Thanks to its mechanical characteristics, UHPC can be used in more varied applications than common concrete (tolerates thinner cross-section, lighter weight structure…). Moreover, color and texture range are unlimited, this allows design creativity and extraordinary aesthetic possibilities. This material is also ideal for lighting conception: by optical fiber inclusion (associated with LED lighting), or simply by combining it with other materials like glass or Plexiglas.

After coating UHPC obtains good food stain resistance, which allowed it to be used everywhere in your house.
